The artistic process of creating murals
Step 1: Turning Digital Art into Reality
It all starts with the captured files, which are saved into our exclusive specially developed software system. This system allows each order to be tracked and ensures precise tailored processing according to each customer’s photographic requirements.
Step 2: From Screening to Ceramic Toner
After a meticulous quality control, the images are submitted to the next step. Here, the photos are printed on high-strength ceramic toners transfer paper. Next, they are specific fluxes screen-printed, preparing them for the crucial stage process.
Step 3: The Magic Of Decal
The now-ready images are transformed into decals, ready to be applied on porcelain, glass or steel enameled support material. This step requires craftsmanship, precision and dedication, ensuring that each decal is an artwork in itself.
The Lasting Fusion
Firing is the core of our process. Each decal is submitted to specific temperatures: 900°C for porcelain, 730°C for enameled steel, and 600°C for crystal. This step ensures the perfect fusion between the support material and the decal, creating an indissoluble union.
The colors penetrate the support material and are protected by the top glaze, resulting in an unlimited durability over time.
